Measures for Dealing the Waste in Stamping Process

Here are some measures for dealing the waste in stamping process:

1. Raw materials have to match with the specified technology.(Strictly check the specifications and grades of raw materials. If possible, those workpieces, which have high quality requirements,  should be tested with the precise size and surface quality.)

 

2.Strictly follow all stipulated links during the technological procedures.

 

3. Make sure(that) press machine, stamping die and other equipment should be operated under the normal working situation.

 

4. Establish strict inspection system. The first piece of stamping parts must be check completely. After the inspection, it can be put into production with strengthen inspection. If anything bad happens, it need to be processed in a timely manner.

 

5. Adhere to the civilized production system. For example, transmission of workpiece and blank must use appropriate equipment. Otherwise, it would bruise and abrase the surface of workpiece and affect the surface quality.

 

6. Keep the cleanness of die cavity during stamping process. Machined workpiece should be neatly placed.
